A few things worth knowing.
Where is my data stored?
Your records, templates, and settings are stored locally in the browser profile you use to open the MicroApp. They are not stored in a centralized 35sites database.
Is the information encrypted?
Browser local storage and exported JSON backup files are not encrypted by the MicroApp. Their security depends on the security of your computer, operating-system account, browser profile, extensions, and backup location. Protect your device and store backups carefully.
Do I need an internet connection?
Core functions such as adding records, organizing work, managing templates, and creating local email links can work offline. Internet access is required for downloading the app and for any optional service that sends email or connects to an external provider.
What happens when I close my browser or shut down my computer?
Your information normally remains in that browser profile’s local storage and will be available the next time you open the same file in the same browser profile. Clearing site data, using private-browsing mode, changing profiles, or resetting the browser can remove it, so regular backups matter.
Can I move my data to another computer or browser?
Yes. Data does not automatically sync between devices. Use the app’s JSON backup and restore tools to move the complete data set, or CSV export for supported tables.
How are application updates handled?
Buyers will be notified when updates are available. Updates to the version purchased are provided without a recurring fee. If a future release becomes a substantially different product or major paid upgrade, that will be identified clearly before purchase.
What is included with my purchase?
You receive an instant digital download containing the standalone HTML application, sample data when appropriate, and a user guide. Save the original download somewhere safe.
Which browsers are supported?
MicroApps are intended for current desktop versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Browser behavior can vary, so check the individual product page for any app-specific requirements.
