WordPress Plugin for User Data Collection and Instant Display

A simple WordPress plugin to collect information from users and immediately display the list with their answer

Details:

• The fields you want to ask, are configurable on the shortcut
• Collected data is saved to a txt file in CSV format, available to download.
• Admins get to see the capture email and date/time of the
• Data is immediately displayed the list in the Front End of names.

Use Cases

• Party Dishes for gatherings
• Request a Name Tag
• Volunteer list

Usage:

• Create a Page and enter the following shortcut:

[35rl_form fields="field_nameA,field_nameB,field_nameC" data_file="Datafilename.txt"]

You will receive a link via email to the packaged plugin ready to be upload to WordPress and activated.
