Step by Step Company Setup with Zen Business

for a more comprehensive general look

You can find the general information about why set up a business at: How to Create an LLC in Arizona

As far as the company setup: I would recommend: : Zen Business

I have used them multiple times in the past and they are very good and speedy.

My only recommendation is not to let them up-sell you!   go for the PRO Package which is $199.00 + State Tax fees of about $85.00    That will get you what you need!

The key option to look for is the Registered Agent. I recommend the first year you appoint ZenBusiness and then you can choose to change to you and your house after the first or second year if you choose to.

That will get you all you need to formalize your business!
