We have created the following unique emails mailboxes for your domain: 

  1. sales@yourdomain.com
  2. support@yourdomain.com
  3. info@yourdomain.com

To access your each of your email mailboxes via a web browser 

Open Your Browser
Navigate to the following URL: 

https://yourdomain.com/webmail

  • Login with Your Email Credentials
    • Enter your full email address
    • Enter your email password.
  • Click “Login”.

Once logged in, you any anyone else who have that login, will be using an web email client called Roundcube  where you can 

  • Send and receive emails, 
  • Organize emails into folders., 
  • Set up email signatures from Settings → Identities.
  • Setup autoresponders 
  • Adjust other preferences to customize the interface.
  • and much more! 

The first email you will see is from the system administrator where you will find  instructions on how to use your email on different clients ( phones or outlook) 

Please note that:   

  • Your initial password is the same for all mailboxes and it was sent to you via separate email (Subject: Credentials).   
    • Please change your password as soon as you can!
  • If you need more email mailboxes – let us know!

Subject: Credentials

Your initial password for each of the mailboxes is:   <PASSWORD HERE>

We recommend you change it  by going into the CP WebMail Home Icon on the left column of  Roundcube Webmail, select Password and Security, and enter your new password.
